I was so happy to receive your mail and updates. I was
so worried when I do not hear from you, so I am glad
your secretary sent my message to you. She is so nice
and I long to meet you all.

I am so sorry to hear about the accident that claimed
the lives of 3 family men. Very bad news to hear. I
pray for their families as well and I hope their wives
and children are strong like me when my own husband
died. I know how they feel. Very bad situation. Please
do not remember me about night vigils dear, because
when I read your mail about Mexican vigil, I
remembered my husband´s own. It is the same. People
stay awake the whole night singing songs and choirs
sing too, and after that, drinks and food till day
break before the actual burial. Very bad experience
for anybody.

Thanks for the picture of the generator, it is very
big. Did you design and build it? I hope you can
conclude the work before the time you need to travel
to Madrid to the office of the securities company as
you say. We have delayed too much dear, so make sure
you make it this time. I understand very well that it
is the work. I like hard working men like you who take
care of their loved ones.

The most importatnt thing is that you have to contact
the securities company immediately as soon as you get
the chance, so you know all the requirements they need
you to come with, and also to book your time of your

Dear Mrs. Sussan:

How lovely it is to always hear from you. I am very pleased that you know the vigil. Is a very very sad time but is very very good time because all the families and the friends pass the time together. How wonderful that in your part of the world the people is very very good and shows the proper respect to God and to the dead. Is tradition too in Mexico that the employer give some money to the family and to these families we give a total of 1/2 millions of Mexican pesos but yes some include the cost of funeral.

One day I hope Mrs. Sussan that we together go to the vigil of a person and we spend the night thinking of the person and eating the sweet breads and tamales. Do you eat the tamales in Africa? They are very delicious in Mexico and soon I share them with you because they are so delicious and good for the circulacion.

Mrs. Sussan I look for the securities company on the Internet but did not find it the Eurolinks S.A. Maybe I type it in wrong or maybe I misspell the name I don't know but I try again later. Today I am in Monterrey but must go to Guadalajara (is a very very beautiful city.) to sign the contracts with the company that supply the cable copper for the winds generator becaue yesterday we finish the bases for some generators. You have the wind power in Africa? Is very good the wind power because there no pollution. Also a company in the United States want to hire my company for to build 124 generators and pay almost $800 million dollars! Still is negotiating and maybe 1 or 2 years then we build them for the electricity company in California.

I include for you photo of area of the wind power that we build in 2001close to Monterrey to the south so you know the extents of the projects and responsibilities that sometimes I have from my position. Is difficult sometimes but my children they already old enough and I have plenty of time for work. Sometimes I work for 3 weeks no time to rest. Sometimes only work 3 or 4 days in week. Because we have many many contracts at this time before the winter comes in the North we try to finish the projects because we cannot work with the cement when the water is froze! Is for this reason that I so busy busy busy. But I think of you very very much and look forward to the day that I know you.

Dear Mrs. Sussan:

I write to you from office of Estructomex in Monterrey. The people are very very kind and very very generous to allow me to use their telefon and computer. My secretary send the company your message and they send a messenger with supplies to our construction camp in the mountains. I have been unable to contact the securities company and am have very very desnfortunate news for you.

My company build the tall windmills for to generate the electricity for communities in the mountains. A terrible terrible tragedy passed 2 days ago. When raising with crane the tower some cable breaks and the tower for the electricty generator fall and kill three laborers. It is a very very sad time for the families of good men. At this time I attend the funerals tomorrow and make vigil with one of the families. Do you know the Mexican vigil Mrs. Sussan? The Mexican vigil pass for all the night and the families and the friends of the deceased eat much much foods and talk about the deceased. Is very good to have the vigil and the funeral following in the morning. I leave for San Júan in the afternoon with the supplies truck and leave the vigil to the construction site to repair crane and lift up the tower for the generator. The people of San Júan and the communities is very very poor. They original inhabitants for many thousand years.Is for this reason we build the tower to generate the electricity. I send you photo from Estructomex so you see the generator. Is not the tower but the tower hold the generator propeler.

I look to travel to Madrid when construction is complete. I cannot leave until is complete and we lose 4 days with the terrible terrible deaths of the laborers. But I pray for them and I know they are in the sky with Sr. Jesucristo. Their souls is good. I pray for the families of the men because they lose the fathers and the husbands. Is very very terrible Mrs. Sussan.

Again I am very very sorry for this delays I contact the securities company when I am able to I think in the next week and I try to travel to Madrid on 3 or 4 OCtober. Thank you much for your pacience- you are very very strong woman and I want to know you very much when finally the construction of the generators is finish. I would leave this employment to go to meet you and help you in the bank of Madrid but is necesary to stay for the future and the company pay very very well so I pay educations of my sons and my homes in the Mexico City areas.

Tonight I leave early for Monterrey to finish (with great hope) some contracts and some negotiation with the laborers and the management for the days coming. I will be thinking of you for the entiore times that I am away. I must go to the desert where the constructions go and its outside the city but you see the city lights from the dark. Is very quiet at night in the desert mountain and very peaceful like Heavens. Sometimes the winds move slow and is nice and very cool in the night. One day maybe we share this experience together.

They rob me only once in the metro ago 12 years and is more smart to do business in the day.

It give me great pleasure to open your e-mail this morning. The beautiful sun come up over the mountains in Mexico City. The pollution here from the cars is problem but it make the sky a beautiful orange color. Some birds were singing and the city was peaceful before the traffic start. Its not so beutiful as the city Monterrey but it is still very beautiful. Perhaps we drink tea or coffee here one day.

Thank you for understand my problem to speak English. It give me much shame and I feel very terrible because I cannot communicate the things I wish to communicate with the people I talk to. Thank you very very much for understand. You said you speak other language too. What language do you also speak Mrs. Sussan? Are you native Africana? I think the African woman is very very beautiful- as beautiful as the diamonds that come from Africa, smart as the lion from the fields, kind as the gentle breze of the plain and wise as how we say the owl. Other cultures interest me very much and languages too. But the languages are very difficult to listen but for me more easy to read and to write.

Mrs. Sussan I communicated to my secretary that I wish to go to Madrid on the 25 of September she make the travel arrangements tomorrow but she have other work today that I need and must take to Monterrey when I return. Is very lovely to hear from you again. I looking at your photo the photo of your family that you sent to me and I see you have a very very beautiful family. Saturday I went for business in the city of Monterrey with the friend of my cousin who is living there. We went to discuss new vendor for construction and labor but still we have much to do.

Monterrey is a very beautiful city with many mountains and architectura. It has much history and was the site of many many important events in the history of Mexico. Maybe one day you go because I would be very happy to show your family the city. It is a very wonderful place to pass time.

I receive your documents and I print them from the computer at my office. I take them with me to Madrid, but as I tell you before I am unable to go until late of September this month. My business has many demands of me and I have to travel a good deal of the time sometimes to South America and United States but sometimes to Europe. I never go to Spain before but I very much like to go there.

It is for this reason I hope that you understand I must make the business arrangements and then the travel arrangements for going to Madrid. I apologize one hundred times over that to go on the 19 of September is too soon because have to travel to Monterrey one more time for contracts and supervise the workers. I know CDs usually come in even increments, like $5000, $1000, etc. But$18 Million even??? Either this goes to show how uneducated I am when it comes to banking, or it goes to show that you don't buy multiple smaller denominations when it comes to CDs. Talk about putting all your eggs in one basket! But seriously, I wonder what the interest is on $18 million after 4 years!

Please find in your heart to forgive me for not responding to you much sooner. I have spent much time looking at the opportunities for you for investment and thinking of you and your children investments.

I write to you telling you not to worry about nothing. I have been in Guatemala on business and the Internet in Guatemala is very unreliable and slow. I am certain you can understand the difficulties in some of the developing nations with the infraestructura and the technology. Sometimes one will type all of an e-mail and the inferior technology will erase it before sent. Other times the Internet is not work in the Internet cafes that you find in the streets. And in 3rd world is very difficult sometimes to go on business and the local people they rob your watch because they have nothing nor tortillas to eat. Nothing. It is very sad.

It goes without saying that there are not many opportunities for to invest in Guatemala and Guatemala City but in Mexico and Mexico city yes. And if you interest in cement factory there are many many opportuinites in Mexico and some labor exported to Guatemala where the workers earn much less money. It is a fine investment and I think you like it.

So I tell you this Mrs. Sussan, that yes investment in the cement and the building materials in Mexico is good place to put your money. As I tell you in the passed it is very difficult for the forign people to own properties in Mexico, but many industries are happy to take your money for investment- there are not so many laws top prohibit the ownership of companies by the foreign residents. This I think is a very good investment for you and your family to make because there are many many engineering companies doing much work for government contracts and the companies that supply the materials for the consatruction of the houses and the buildings are good place to invest at this time.
